How The Weekend Program Works
Each day begins promptly at 9am. I provide headphones, Coleman air beds, take-home manuals, and snacks. I present the concepts and techniques prior to each exercises. Participants ask any questions for clarification. Everyone then lies or sits down with headphones and the provided mp3 player to experience the exercise at that time. Afterward there are a few minutes for capturing the experiences on paper, and then any sharing with the group is done before breaking until the next exercise.
Day 1:
- We start with an introduction to the technology designed to assist you in experiencing deep meditation. You will normally experience deep meditation within 10 minutes of the first exercise.
- Meditation gives you access to different meditation states. To work with these various energy states, you will learn how to distinguish and control your own energy.
- Experience the feeling of mind awake, body asleep.
- You will learn processes and tools that facilitate awareness, perception, and access to higher levels of consciousness.
- During the day we will increase your ability to become aware of and intensify your own non-physical energy pattern. Learn how to expand your energetic presence around you which creates your own personal force field.
- Some people respond better to guided verbal meditation, while others find it easier to access meditation through music. We will have exercises using both meditative environments so you can compare the effects of both on your ability to achieve deep meditation.
- A very poweful exercise to release fear and emotion. You can achieve dramatic breakthroughs using this! This energy conversion process takes fears and limitations and begins a gentle healing designed to clean, balance, and revitalize your entire system.
- An opportunity to use your own intention. YOU will apply the tools and processes learned at this point combined with meditation technology. This practice helps to drive home the lessons learned thus far so that you more deeply integrate and develop your own personal meditation practice.
Day 2:
- Explore your personal issues that you would like to solve while in a deeply expanded meditative state that provides direct access to your intuition.

- Have your awareness expand to greater areas of your consciousness

This all sounds great. But how do I use it in the Real World?
The best part about meditation is that you CAN use it in the real world. Sometimes you will consciously choose to apply a technique for a particular goal. Or it might be that you just start reacting better in stressful situations. Here are some ways I have applied meditation in my life successfully (in addition to the links above).
- When doing database application information architecture, I use the one breath technique for accessing my intuition. I may even sit in the expanded awareness state while the business problem is in my focus and thoughts. The correct structure of the data can come to me faster than I can write it down.
- Relationships in all aspects. I am more conscious in all my relationships so I only make agreements I can keep. If someone is interacting with me in a way that causes emotions to start flaring up in a direction I don't want them to, I can often take a pause and not react strictly from an emotional and reactionary place.
- Concentration - I am using meditation technology as I type this so that I can focus on creating the best meditation program offer page possible.
